is an arrangement by Joel Blahnik of Antonân Dvořák's well-known psalm settings, opus 99, for voice and piano:
1. The Lord is My Shepherd (Ps. 23)
2. God, Creator, I Will Praise You (Ps. 144, 145)
This cycle of 10 songs, opus 99, was composed by Dvořák in 1894 during his stay in NewYork following the death of his close friend and admirer, Hans Von Bülow, and his father.
No. 1 is slow-paced and meditative.
No. 2 has a contrasting joyful tempo full of gratitude for life.
