Cameron M. Dall was born November 15, 1963, and raised in Chicago until the age of 10. Here he started playing the trumpet when he was 8 years old. The family moved to Santa Ana, California, where he attended junior and senior high school and learned to play the low brass instruments, baritone, trombone, and tuba. He received his B.A. degree from Santa Ana College and attended Butler University in Indianapolis earning a B.M.E. In 1990, he attained an M.A. from Ball State University. From 1986-1991, Cameron Dall taught instrumental music at William Henry Harrison High School in West Lafayette, Indiana. From 1991-1993, he taught music lessons and instrumental music at Northwestern Military & Naval Academy in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin . From the fall of 1993-2005, he taught instrumental music in the Oostburg, Wisconsin Public Schools. Since then he has been Band Director at Frienship Junior High School in Des Plaines, Illinois.
